All orders are sent by standard Royal Mail services. As such they can only be guaranteed by the standard terms and conditions of Royal Mail. We will endeavour to trace any missing orders and, if necessary, apply to Royal Mail for compensation for a lost order. In this case, we can offer a refund or replacement goods if and when the compensation is paid by Royal Mail.
Return Policy
All prices are in pounds sterling and include all applicable UK taxes.

We reserves the right not to accept an order if it suspects the order might be fraudulent.

If you contact us within 14 days of the order being despatched, we will usually be able to replace or refund the item for you. In this case, YOU MUST contact us first - we do not accept any orders sent back to us without prior agreement from us that the item may be sent back.

If you are sent the wrong item or a faulty item, we will refund you the cost of sending the item back to us and send you the item you originally ordered or a non-faulty item.
